I love that there are Bikram style classes (HPF), Vinyassa classes , and weight lifting in sculpt. All classes feel high intensity and a great work out. I don't even belong to a gym because I get a comprehensive workout by alternating classes. Plus I love the energy and atmosphere of the studio.

I LOVE how mindfulness is incorporated into the practice. Some yoga classes can be very Westernized and feel more like an aerobics class, focused solely on the body. Core Power targets the body, and also the mind, heart, soul, and spirit. Thanks for creating a sacred space for me to be fully present in myself, and fully connected to others (my fellow Yogis).
