Quality of teachers and facilities; challenging classes with variety of poses and sequences.
The facility stays very clean. I never feel like the studio room or the lockers are ever dirty. I also like that you provide amenities, such as mouth wash and lotion. I also like that you offer free parking at the Ballard location. I also really enjoy my weekly schedule of instructors. The instructors that I go to seem to be really invested in the instructor-student relationship and seem to really enjoy what they do. My favorite instructors include: Cynthia, Mallory, Camille, Emely, Noriko, and Kai. Camille is my favorite because her class is the perfect class to go to when you're having your mid-week Wednesday slump!

The passion and experience of the teachers. Every teacher has personal stories about how yoga has changed their life and why they're teaching it. They care deeply about every student. And they know so much about yoga to design every class to be unique. There's an incredible amount of focus in the room. Yoga here isn't only just physical, but also intellectual. I love that I've learned a lot from geeking out with the teachers after class. It also doesn't hurt that the facility is nice and clean.
I attended the C1 classes. Its very helpful and coaches were well organized and slow. (Not too slow as well).

The products are great- the services (classes) are for the most part very good. Some of the instructors are not as strong as they need to be in order to keep class interesting,fluid and challenging. I would like to see the studio floor mopped after each class-- it's gross to start to put your mat out and have to first wipe up sweat from the class Corepower! thanks!

Sculpt is the best!!
I appreciated that in the beginner class the instructor was able to give individual attention, adjustments, and pointers to each student. The first time in a new studio is intimidating. This made it approachable and fun.
The classes and instructors are awesome! The sculpt class especially. I also like that the sculpt class is something different than what is offered at other yoga studios. The studio is also really nice and always so clean.
