I love everything about Corepower. I love our teachers most of all!! I love how C-2 classes are always different and offer even more variety with the style of each teacher. I've been a member for 10 years, just turned 65 and hope I can continue my membership for many more years to come.

I cannot say enough about the quality of people who work at CorePower Yoga in LaMesa. My experience at that studio has far surpassed any other studio I have attended.
My only issue is having the Corporate people at CorePower Yoga partner with Kaiser for the people who are on Medicare (me!!). It would definately make things easier for me financially.

A number of people recommended CorePower Yoga to me. I decided to dive in and give it a try. This was my first CorePower Yoga workout.

I opted for the next available class a level 2 class.
(I initially planned to go to level 1 but would have had to wait a few more hours). I want to commend Erin for an excellent class! I kept up with most of the class but had to rest and couldn’t complete a few of the poses they were too advanced for my currenti balance and strength. Erin was very positive and encouraging throughout the session and modelled the poses while talking is through the key points. Level 2 definitely gives me something to reach for!

I may take some level 1 classes next to better learn the poses and transitions. I plan to continue Taking Levle 2 classes mixed in to push myself. I can’t wait to try each of your classes over time.

I look forward to the next class. The instructor, Erin, had a great voice and method. The program was well paced. The other yoga students were focused and inspiring: they seemed to flow through poses so smoothly. I want to develop the strength, poise, and balance they have!

I recommend all their NON heated classes

I like the on-line booking. I like the studio in La Mesa, clean with friendly staff. I'm a total newbie and everyone was really nice and didn't make me feel bad about moves I couldn't do. There are a variety of classes through each day.

The incorporation of Pilates was appreciated. Andi’s reminders on focal points throughout the practice were helpful for all skill levels. The chosen sequence was tough, but flowed easily. The visualization of the heart chasing the chin was especially helpful. Thanks again, Andi!
