Love the staff, so welcoming, and the classes are so engaging, really love the studio.

One suggestion, and I’ve made the organization one iboth verbally and on a survey previously- freshen up the looks of the studio rooms, do a deep clean of corners and patch any spots on floorboards etc. In weight room especially, move the weights farther on wall to the corner, to open up window space, and checkerboard the yoga blocks so they get some air.

1st class I have taken there. Staff was very friendly and ask questions about my fitness level.
They encouraged me to just do my best, which is all we can ask!

Can we please get squeeze bottles instead of spray water bottles?

First time doing Strength X. Great class. Andi is a great instructor. I'll be making it part of my routine.

I love the well prepared and enthusiastic instructors. It is a very happy place to go to and I am always greeted with a smile. The facility is clean and big, with lots of easy parking. The instructors take their role seriously and some of the instructors provide much needed more advanced and intense classes.

Hi again! I love CorePower Yoga! I will continue to ask that you partner with Kaiser SilverFit so that we can enjoy the experience for a long time. As it stands now...some folks will have to quit because of the expense and living on a fixed income. :(
I sure hope you will consider even paying for half while the 65+ pay for the other half!!

Great class, non stop.

They could use some decent water bottles in the studio. Lucky if you get one that actually sprays.

Some feedback:

I took Monica's C1 class last night and it was soooo sad to hear that her C1 classes are being cancelled. It was literally the perfect, end of day, wind down class we needed.

Monica was such an amazing instructor with kind, authentic energy. My partner and I were so grateful for it. The both of us found physical and emotional release from class. Another woman was also crying. This kind of calming space and yoga is ... really what yoga all about.

Again, sad to see these c1 classes go! I hope you can find some kind of schedule for Monica to teach!

The instructors are awesome. Thank you Andrew for “stepping in” and subbing the 10:30 am Sculpt class on Wed. Dec 13at the last minute! He’s the best!!

I love the classes BUT

1. I am paying for HOT yoga, not WARM yoga. TURN UP THE HEAT.

2. Stop letting people open the door to let the heat out! If the instructor does then fine but a student doesn't get to dictate the temperature.

I'm going on my 3rd year of membership and stick with CorePower La Mesa because of the incredible number and variety of classes offered every day, the amazing instructors who always make me feel welcome, the way my body and mind feels when I've made it to a class. It's well worth the investment and a highlight of any day that I'm there. Thank you for the wonderful job you all do!!

amazing staff!

I got a Hemorus fracture in February. They let me freeze my membership until December. I love doing yoga and was so sad when I couldn’t do it. Was so surprised and happy that they allowed me to freeze it for that long
