Great people clean facilities
CorePower Yoga has been a great experience. As an off and on again yogi the past 7+ years, I was in my longest yoga layoff yet—until I decided to join CorePower last month here in La Mesa. The variety of classes are impressive and the instructors are top notch. The facility is very clean and inviting. I definitely won’t go a year without yoga again, let all a week.

I like the variety of class scheduling and it is very clean.
The instructors were great. Loved that the class wasn't packed, and able to really focus on the yoga practice. LOVED THE HEAT! VERY AMAZING WORKOUT!

Classes are easy to book, and every experience I have had has been positive.
Last name removed this place but it’s impossible to book a class for any time after 5 pm
I'm in my 3rd year of membership and love it so much. Every teacher is different, but I haven't encountered a bad one yet. Some encourage you to discover new poses, some are very traditional, some are fast paced, some are chill -- whatever my mood, I know there's a class THAT DAY that will accommodate me. Yes, the number of classes per day is impressive and the types of classes on any given day is also incredible. I can stretch in a core restore or yoga 1, I can sweat in an HPF, I can kill my legs in a strength X, I can kill my whole body in a sculpt class or I can do my favorite - corepower 2 with so many wonderful instructors including Sari, Candace, Udoka, Claire, Jamie -- 4 completely different styles and vibes but each wonderful.
The instructors are very knowledgeable and communicate the flows and poses very effectively. They are genuinely interested in helping grow your yoga practice.
