Very easy to sign up and join a class. Very welcoming, relaxed, gentle environment. Good class.

I returned to the studio in La Mesa after a long hiatus due to the pandemic. I’ve been attending the C1 classes for now, and enjoying every session and instructor. I get to relax, breathe better and get a full body stretch all at once. I also really like the candlelight sessions and the smell of essential oils and sound bowls that some of the instructors use.

The instructors at the La Mesa location are so welcoming and encouraging! They take the time to learn your name and assist you in class. I’m a beginner and was very nervous about trying yoga. I look forward to every class I attend!

Iva ran us 10 minutes over the end time and would not stop talking during class. It was the most distracting HPF class I've ever taken.

I love everything about CorePower. The community is so supportive and wonderful. The teachers are fantastic. It’s such a great combination of fitness and wellness that I couldn’t imagine not having. Love it!

There are great teachers at Core Power La Mesa in San Diego like Brooke Ronney, Shannon, Myra and Lisa At. They are incredible, knowledgeable and some of the best teachers I have ever been honored to learn from.

I love the variety of classes and the amount of classes each day to accommodate scheduling. Every instructor is great in their own way. Lots of different teaching styles. Yoga Sculpt is my favorite. Downside is it's too expensive for me so I can to cancel after the introductory month.

I am completely satisfied with the people, teachers and facility at La Mesa, CA CorePower Yoga. My only hope is that at some point, CorePower will work with Kaiser to include their Silver and Fit program so that more seniors (like me) can become more flexible and attain more strength through the program. I love it!!

Loved it! Went to hot yoga with Chantelle for the first time and it was a wonderful experience. She's awesome! Definitely would take a class with her again!

Instructors are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and provide a sweaty workout. Love the two studios and showers with bathroom items (deodorant, feminine products, q-tips, mouthwash, and even hairdryer).

Deborah is a great teacher!
