The enthusiasm and that you feel home with all the friendly people taking classes etc. Also the heated room and the intense yoga sculpt (the other classes are a bit boring). The music could be turned down a notch though.

Adrianne is by far one of the best yoga teachers in DC. I love her commitment to getting a full body workout while also focusing on breath and self reflection. I always leave her class feeling strong and rejuvenated, and like I learned something to add to my practice.
