I really liked the studio space and the locker room facility is great! Everything that you need is available - water, towels, mats, and there were PLENTY of weights available.

I LOVE Sculpt class. It is so fun and addicting.

So far, I have really enjoyed the classes and professional demeanor of everyone I interact with at Corepower. It's my first exposure to hot yoga and I am looking forward to sharing my practice with Corepower Yoga.

Great atmosphere

I love how open you are to newcomers and how accepting the classes are of all levels. While I may not be that good at yoga, I am encouraged to strengthen and improve in any class I want.

The sculpt classes are a great mix of all the types of exercise a person wants to stay healthy/get in shape all in one hour. And, the way the classes are structured makes it seem like a seamless flow between yoga, strength training, and cardio. Hard to do! I never fail to get a great workout.

The sweat!

I think the instructors are really encouraging and it makes me want to work harder. I love te range of classes. If I want a good workout I can do the sculpt classes, but I also sweat a ton when I do the heated yoga basic classes.

The Sculpt class really sets Corepower apart from other yoga studios. I really like the balance of having hot yoga, beginners yoga, and sculpt offered and the differing types of workouts. I have yet to have a bad experience with an instructor and have thoroughly enjoyed each teacher. Sarah is phenomenal - her attitude (and music!) makes the class much more fun.. even if I am cursing her name while she's making us do countless squats or planks! The studio is gorgeous and always spotless. I would and have recommended Corepower to others.
