Great teachers great workout
Jordan is a fantastic instructor as she always motivates me to push myself. I look forward to taking her classes when Iām in town as I always leave her class tired and sweaty, but also spiritually connected and relaxed.

The instructor (Laura D) was knowledgeable and clearly very comfortable teaching. The poses flowed well, the music choices were great, and I left feeling amazing. I will say, I miss the hands-on assists I used to receive regularly in CPY classes that now seem to have gone by the wayside.

Everyone who works there is so welcoming my first day trying out the studio. Clara's yoga sculpt class kicked my butt in a good way, and Haley's candle light power fusion was a great way to connect with my body during that hour.
Excellent workout! Dan M was super high energy and pushed us all a lot, even more than I thought I could go. I was instantly sore after the class and am still sore a few days later. Dan was also great about giving modifications - both to make things harder and to make things easier. Really great total body workout to tone up everything for the summer. Playlist was also excellent

My
Most of my experience at Corepower Yoga Dupont has been shaped by Jessica D. Both her C2 and Sculpt classes always have me leaving with a smile on my face. She creates such a positive and approachable environment and takes great care in developing community within the studio. She is a shining star! And I am so grateful to have met her so early on in my yoga journey. Without her, I may not have continued with yoga!
Other than that, the studio is always clean and the classes start on time. No complaints there.

My favorite workout is the sculpt class. I feel stronger, rejuvenated and like a better person. Shoutout to Anne at the Merrifield location. She pushes and encourages me to strive for more. I always recommend CorePower to my friends and family.

It's a brilliant atmosphere, and I love how supportive the instructors are - They want you to push yourself, but also encourage taking breaks where required. I like that they offer advice on form, and provide you with tools to succeed.
