Biggest changes requested: label/number the lockers because it's so hard to remember which locker you've used that day; more shorter class options (45 min or less); more stretching at the end of class

I love this workout! It's the first time I've been consistent with any program, so I appreciate that for sure. The instructors are all so kind and friendly - 10/10!
1) I struggle with the music from time to time and wish there was a way to choose instructors / class based on the music they plan to play that day. Music, for me, is such an important part of my workout, so when it doesn't align with my mood that day or high energy enough to get me through the workout, it makes it hard for me to get through the workout without being very annoyed by the end of it. If there is a way to describe the music genre when you sign up for a class, that would be awesome!
2) Sometimes the rooms aren't as hot as I'd like them to be. It's inconsistent.
3) I was supposed to get a water bottle when I signed up for the all access and every time I asked if there was one for me, I was told they had run out. I called to ask too, and no one could help.

This was a great class (C1). Moved at a good pace, not too fast. Had numerous options for position modifications. Facility is bright, clean, and comfy.
Good atmosphere, motivational and encouraging teachers, no judgment about my terrible flexibility and lackluster cardio endurance, and great workouts. I say this as a dude who used to hate yoga since it was beaten into me as a school kid in India. Thanks for being a part of helping me rediscover my culture.
I started at CPY Pentagon City in January. I had recently moved to VA from MA and was missing hot yoga. At first, I started off with C2 classes and really enjoyed Ope's class. Then I decided to try a sculpt class and loved Cambre and Katie's 4:30 classes. On Friday's I attend Mark's class and this is a C1 class which is great for me to get back to the basics. Now I am taking HPF and am obsessed. Shea and Amanda's classes are my favorite. I love being able to take different classes throughout the week to challenge my body in different ways. I highly recommend CPY to everyone!

Variety of classes offered; wide range of time to choose from to practice — from very early in the monrning to late into the evening; teachers are wonderful - innovative routines, motivating to get you to push yourself and self care reminder that you are enough in your efforts.

Classes are good overall. In some instances more guidance , esp for yoga sculpt and strength x, on which weights to use when. Not always consistent amongst all the instructors
