The membership feels like a really great value compared to other studios I’ve belonged to in the past. My main complaint is that livestream teachers seem more invested than in-studio teachers. Livestream classes seem to be more varied in content and the teachers actually shout out people taking the class.
The staff is great, they remember everyone’s name and make them feel welcomed. The classes are a good combination of challenging and doable. They push you to do your best while reminding you to listen to your body and know your limits. They encourage you to be proud of yourself no matter what.
Nice clean quiet studio with ample parking and very good selection of yoga classes guided by welcoming yoga teachers.

In life there is a the concept of the third space. It’s not your home or your work, but the third space you choose to spend your time and energy that bears familiarity, joy and a sense of flow in your life. For me Core Power in Fairfax Corner is my third space. I am grateful to have found the anchor to vitality, focus, and peace this place provides through practice, breath and strength. I go up to 4 times but as few as 2 times a week. I bring all my loved ones with me any chance I get.
I love the Clarendon location. It seems like the instructors there are much more seasoned and experienced than in some of the other local CPY locations, and they take their class instruction very seriously. I can count on them for challenging classes, which is what I want after practicing yoga for four years. So that's why I take classes there.
Anne (the attorney), Adam, Courtney, Jennifer K., Katie Tigs -- they are the regular instructors I seek out each week, and they are definitely among the elite. Their maturity and professionalism is reflected in their classes, where they clearly take the time each month to thoughtfully plan challenging routines, create cool playlists and produce classes that take workouts to a higher level. Adam in particular is always a bright spot to my week on Thursdays, and his positive outlook is simply palpable. But all of these instructors really knock it out of the park each week.
Please keep hiring instructors like them and keep your expectations of them high. It really pays off because it boosts the location's reputation as the serious and elite place for yoga.
(And if possible, please add a C2 at night for Courtney! I know she likes teaching HPF but she's also very talented with C2. Wednesdays would be ideal --- just wanted to put that out there.) Thanks for listening!

The teachers are really helpful with motivation right when you need that push to keep going! Everyone is so nice the vibe feels like friends and family unlike other places they recognize everyone is different and the level of fitness is good for all types from beginners to advanced!!

Good workout convient location
It is a great place to get a good workout in while being relaxed and calm. I love that you can take everything at your own pace and instructors don’t try to force your body to do more than it can.

The practice of yoga and the kindness. Yoga has so many benefits I cannot even express how it impacted my body and mental health. I had very fulfilling classes with teachers Teresa Cardenas, Becca Ay and Charlie Pham. They are amazing and very knowledgeable. I wish I could do the membership every month but it is expensive for my budget. I will come back. Thank you!!!
