I appreciate the new efforts to observe the studio as a sanctuary where people do not use their cell phones in the studio, utilize the common ares for conversations, and respect the space I fell students upon entry into the studio. I like the variety of classes that are offered and the nice instructors. Little nit picking suggestions:: prepare the studio before each class with some intention, such as cleaning the room properly when the prior class leaves the space setting the lights at appropriate level and having suitable music playing in the studio room as students prepare on the mats before practice. Thanks so much For asking for my feedback.
Aurora is one the the best instructors CPY has to offer large in part for her will to be creative in hey curriculum, apparently researching flow progressions which offer variety and creativity.

Excellent teachers, clean and zen-like space, and convenient class schedules.
Lauren was super accommodating and tried her best to get me into class on time. The class itself was everything I needed- totally worth the money! She’s very helpful and encouraging in her practice and I would sign up for any class she offers.
Very friendly and committed staff and management. I’ve been to several hundred classes and never had any meaningful negative experience.

The instructors are always giving 100% - really showing up with the energy and authenticy needed to inspire a room full of people to work hard and give their best back. I love the selection of classes (Sculpt, C2, and HPF are all fantastic) and how many options there are each day, so it works with my busy schedule. The studio also always feel clean and cheerful.
