I love the studio so much, thank you for the great community. It would be nice if they had the AC looked at so the new students that are warm in class had a place to cool down. The past six summers it worked, yes , with some condensation but once the temperature is maintained at room temp it should ease off. Thanks

Attending Core Restore at Merrifield is always a great experience. We like the overall experience, the location and the staff the teach the session!
I love the class. As instructors use louder music particularly for the higher energy classes, it may make sense to have them hooked up to an audio system. I have noticed that some of the instructors struggle with getting their voice loud enough which can result in a forced voice that is difficult to hear.

Instructor was fabulous! I'd love to see more hot power fusion options if possible.
Check in process went smoothly. Instructor had great music, was high energy, and gave great verbal cues. She told you what equipment you needed prior to class and encouraged you to push yourself without being militant about it which some instructors do which I am not a fan of. She seemed to have fun and as a result her energy was contagious. Great cool down with cues to folks who needed to leave earlier when to do so. Instructor provided some guidance in terms of what to take with you off the mat without being too preachy.
Morning yoga class was a very pleasant experience. We had a brief conversation with the yoga instructor Lauren, she was very welcoming person, and I really enjoyed the yoga class.
It was easy to find, near hotel and clean.

I thought it was great ; great vibes great workout . Don’t love how there is a mirror however, I know most workout classes have mirrors but I feel like yoga space should not have. Just my opinion though.
The yoga sculpt class was fantastic, super intense! The instructor was very motivational and kept us upbeat.
Hallie was amazing! She was super attentive and provided great support to everyone in the class.
