I also like the C1.5 heated on Monday evenings but I'm usually not able to make it. Would be great if other times were also available.
Hi! Thanks for asking for my feedback. I have done hundreds of sculpt classes over the years. Here is my issue with the Tenleytown class, which was my first time at this studio:
1. it was fully dark upon entry to studio, and the lights were nearly all off entire time for class, except for the LED strip lights. I don't think this is conducive to weights. It's dangerous (I couldn't even see the weight amounts when I got them without getting my cell phone flashlight out). That's nuts.
2. The music was all instrumental. for sculpt! It was techno/EDM, no words. I don't find that helpful at all for a sculpt workout.
3. Great instructor. and I really enjoyed the vibe in the class, just need a bit more light!

While the C1 class was above my level, I did enjoy the class and instructor. The studio was pleasant and clean. Reception was so sweet and welcoming. I plan to return for another visit.
Kashera's class was great! It was the perfect pace for early in the morning. It was the stretch I needed and I will definitely be back take another one of her classes soon.
The place is clean and welcoming. Our teacher Weaam is also very good and she adjusts to her students! We love this class so we keep coming back.

The class was definitely high energy at 6:30am, and definitely not for the weak, but for the open minded and you'll be glad you attended afterwards. As a first-time guest, the instructor clearly demonstrated the moves, kept the vibe moving and the heart rate up. If I lived in the Chevy Chase/Bethesda area, I definitely would join. It's a wonderful class environment that is hard work, but yet FUN, engaging and relaxing all at the same time. Next time I am in town with Laura, I will join to push my body further than I have ever imagined again at 6:30am. Thanks for having me, and until next time.....
Loved the classes but a little hard to hear the instructor during yoga sculpt.
