With that in mind: This place would be PERFECT with just a little tweaking of the classes offered during certain "die hard" time frames. Several of us can only make the 6am class Monday-Friday. For us the only option is the C2. Why not offer, for example, C2 M & W, Sculpt T & TH, and Fusion on Friday? That way those of us who want more but can't juggle our schedules can get it all in. Thank you.
I like how you literally sell everything you need for yoga and a variety of colors. I really enjoy the modern music playing during a class.
Amazing, passionate teachers. The yoga courses are very active, give you a great workout and aren't solely focused on meditation, etc.

I love this place...I love this place because of Amelia, Angel, Gina, Timea, Emily, Andie G, Francesca, Joel, Ireal, and Shannon. Mostly, I credit Angel, Amelia, Joel, Emily, and Andie to keeping me sane. Angel's classes are so fun and her teaching technique is focused on doing things the right way...not worrying so much about getting into a human pretzel. Amelia is so gentle and sweet with a class flow like no other...not to mention her music choices are on point. Joel is the perfect mix of fun and relaxed, he reminds me that it's going to be ok...no matter what. Emily pushes me further than I think I'm able to go and she shows me that I am capable of more than what I give myself credit. Andie has such love of yoga, she is this tiny power house, and always offers a GREAT hug. As long as these people are employed by CPY Triangle or Monarch, I'll be a black tag member.

I like the different types of yoga, the facility is always clean, but most of all the instructors are awesome. They lead great classes and make an effort to know you.

I really like the instructors and the class times. The teachers are very well trained and make a sincere effort to connect with those in their class and around the studio. There is a real sense of community. the facility is clean and the instructor sets the tone before class. Plus, the location is very convenient for me.
