beautiful facility -- very nice decor in the locker rooms. In the classrooms, the flooring and temperature is very comfortable. Very good instructors as well! I always enjoy the C1 class. :-)

I really enjoyed the flow of the class and that the teacher was very good about complementing people when they were doing well. This was my first class and the instructor did a great job of helping me get everything I needed and checking in on me throughout the class.

What I like most is the people. From my first meeting at CYP Monarch, I was greeted warmly and given useful information that prompted my attending the recent Bootcamp. Throughout the bootcamp, the motivating coaches and the energizing workouts kept me coming (and waking up early) every day.

Great mix of core work + yoga. The hot room makes it challenging but also helps flexibility. The instructor was fantastic - great balance of direction, guidance, encouragement, and humor. Thanks for a great first experience.

The classes are a perfect balance of mindfulness and working out. Every instructor I've had has been super nice, welcoming, and explains the moves better than any other teachers I've had in the past.

The classes move at a good pace - CP2 was not too slow and the teachers were encouraging throughout practice. There was a good mix of vinyasa and balancing postures.
Staff is really friendly, and extremely welcoming. I am very new to yoga, yet I have not once felt at all out of place or less able than anyone else. The facilities are extremely clean and well kept! I appreciate that every instructor is unique and has their own style of teaching and sequencing, I have not yet repeated any classes and I greatly appreciate that. So far its been a great experience I look forward to going back!
Absolutely amazing studio! Most beautiful place I've ever done yoga. And the little touches like mouthwash and Q-tips in the locker room sold me instantly on being a loyal member! And the classes are intense and meditative. Perfect experience. I plan to go daily.
