Variety of classes and the level of difficulty
I hadn’t done yoga in awhile & have only done a hot yoga class once before & it was not a good experience. Both classes I took at your studio were wonderful. The instructors explained the expectations & poses clearly. I loved that the instructors walked around the room to assist with form. The pace was faster at one class but I still felt like I was able to keep up. I was visiting my daughter for the weekend & I really wish we had a studio near me because I’d come all the time! I had an amazing experience.

Noelle was amazing! My partner and I had just had a mildly sub-par experience at a different corepower in the area (don't want to name names or spread negativity!), so we were a bit hesitant going into this... and Noelle hit it out of the park! She was friendly, genuine, and challenging-- all refreshing things after our other C2 experience (which felt easier than a C1 and our instructor wasn't very welcoming relative to most CP instructors).
Noelle offered levels throughout the practice, allowing us to find our perfect degree of difficulty. It was very well-paced, had a masterfully-crafted flow, and her music choice was best I've experienced in a CorePower class. It created an organic intensity to fuel my practice and allowed us to sink in (we talked about it for an hour afterward!). Noelle not only chose interesting poses to work on, but also explained them really well. This is not as data-driven, but it's also worth mentioning that Noelle had a great overall energy—laid-back yet positive and welcoming. My partner can be picky since he had practiced yoga only at small, local studios, but It's instructors like Noelle that keep us coming back... we were so impressed!
Joel was an excellent instructor and calm but powerful voice in the Yoga flow experience. I would definitely come back again to do another class. The facility was well-run, clean, and supported a large group without feeling too crowded.
It took me a while to get used to the heat and sweat but now I’m addicted. I specifically see out classes with Joel, Karli and Karin. I bring Buddies and spread the word. I just love my community here at Monarch CP and the remodel is on point!

The instructor Rachel Reed has a very consistent pleasant voice and keeps a constant pace.
I had a great experience my first time at CorePower Yoga. I went on a Buddy Pass. I hadn't been to a yoga class in quite some time, and I was pleasantly surprised that I could keep up with most of the class.

I love the instructors and sculpt yoga classes. I wish there were more 45 minute classes and that more 40 and up joined.
The studios are very clean and open! All the instructors in Austin have similar formats of the classes but I like the variety of teachers who offer different types of moves and flows. I would like to see markers on the ground for mats as some classes are so full and make it hard to find a space.
