Everyone on staff is amazing!

The classes are challenging

I am 60 years old, stiff, hard of hearing and new to yoga. Amazingly, I felt very welcome at core power. The instructor was exceptional, talented, encouraging and informative. If I can find the courage to stick with it, I feel certain there is no better place to learn something about yoga than core power at the monarch.

As soon as you walk in the door, people welcome you and create a personal connection with you. It feels like you're seen as a customer/student, and valued. You matter. It's nice to go where people know your name (no pun intended- but... seriously!)

The yoga teachers were very friendly. Amelia and Tracey were exceptional and extremely uplifting. The experience made it difficult to check out other yoga studios as Austin has so many. When one continues to have more than a positive experience in a place, why look elsewhere? The studio is nice and clean. The patrons were also very friendly, as the yoga teachers were a powerful influence. I now look for Corepower Yoga as my go to studio during my travels!

All of your teachers are amazing!

Since I have late work hours, my favorite thing is how many classes there are in the evenings!! I am able to leave work late at night and still get in a good workout. The classes are very tough and I leave really feeling like I got my moneys worth. Great, knowledgeable teachers, good energy, and the classes aren't too crowded - also very important to me.

Very relaxing. Helps you unwind and decompress from daily stresses and muscle tension.

I loved the twist on traditional (sometimes boring) yoga. I was so energized and excited the whole class. So fun!

I love the actual space. It's inviting and relaxing. I also love the heated rooms and the way the temperature is variable depending on class size. The instructors provide rigorous sessions that make me feel "worked out" and rejuvenated.

The sequence and the instructors

I love it that I get a consistent class format model that has as many options with in it that is only limited by ones lack of time to participate. The facilitators are great about options on every pose. They really understand how to personalize your practice
