It is a great workout that, while may be difficult for beginners, is really rewarding. The teachers are eager to help you grow.

Erin, Nicole, Victoria, Joel, Halle and Abigail have simply been the best during my 6 months at CorePower in Austin (at the Triangle). I love seeing their faces when I come in and they are helping me take MUCH better care of myself. I'm going to miss them when we move back to Georgia!

Really enjoyed Cody and Rebekah’s classes and the energy they bring and share into the space. Awesome motivating music! I also appreciate that the room temperature is kept at a proper temperature considering the Texas heat. (Too many CorePower classes in other states are way toooooo generous with the added heat and humidity —- Monarch was perfect)

All the instructors are so welcoming and when taking classes I feel pushed in a way that is not intimidating and never feel judged if I’m struggling
I love to go to CorePower Yoga, my favorite classes are with Halle Th, and I want to thank Nicole Mitchell for all your help with my membership or question while I'm there or if I email her for anything.
I enjoyed the atmosphere, and I'm not good at Yoga, but I love myself time, breathing, and relaxing.
The personnel welcomes everyone, everything is always clean in the studios, and the share areas look good.

I absolutely love CorePower at the Triangle, and have become a regular. I have been to a couple other locations, and I think the instructors at the Triangle are very well trained. I also like that the front room has light and is not stuffy even when hot. Special shout-out to Darby, her classes are excellent.

Too much talking in the studio before class. Yoga is my place for quiet and meditative time, but so often I get into a class and multiple people are talking. Some teachers reinforce silence in the studio, which I appreciate! But would be great if we could get back to a place of no talking and no phones.

Yoga is my quiet meditative time and so I’d appreciate if everyone keeps the studio quiet before class - and goes in the hallway to talk
I always enjoy my classes at CPY. The teachers are amazing and do such a great job at creating an energy that makes me want to keep going regardless of how tired or hot I am. Keep up the great work!
