Amazing staff and wonderful sequences.

I loved Yoga Sculpt and can't wait to add it to my routine. My only worry is that it's quite expensive.

I like that the classes vary according to teacher. I like the schedule, but wish that there was a C2 class mid morning like 8:30 AM or 9 AM.

I've only taken c1 Thursday and Friday at 9am but was very enjoyable with the flow and intention. I do feel that the instructors attend to each person and the studio is very welcoming.

Great, tough classes with excellent amenities

I like the ambience of the studio - always very friendly and accessible to newbies and not alienating for those who don't know much about yoga practice or studio edicate
Also it approaches yoga as a workout - which isn't ideal for all but works with my view point on my practice

Organized and concise. Loving environment

I love the classes, everyone is nice and welcoming, and the dressing room is clean and comfortable.

All yoga instructors are professional and provide excellent guidance. The atmosphere is relaxing and instructions are clear throughout each class. Seriously LOVE corepower!

Love the cleanliness, the music (really love the hip-hop/r&b/techno combinations), the workouts (especially 5:30 pm sculpt), and the people. All around perfect workout location. I prefer the Monarch instructors to the Triangle location's as well.
