Monarch has the best instructors. The newer instructors will need to continue to develop and move away from the workout templates provided by corporate corepower, but once they do that, they'll be good as well. Their classes are generally boring sticking to those templates. Additionally, sometimes the music is too loud for us to hear the instructor. Loud music is fine but there's still value in hearing cues from the instructor. Minor gripe, we should look into getting more air into a packed room. It gets hard to breathe after a hard cardio session and it feels like we're all inhaling each other's CO2 with no air circulation.
All the instructors are fantastic and the studio is nice! Plenty of parking too :)
I have been a member almost 2 yrs & really enjoy the classes. The schedule is generous with classes all day. The instructors are welcoming & wonderful (Joel, Victoria, Lydia, Cecilie, Poy, Erin, Abigail, RJ & Fedora to name some inspiring teachers).
I think this studio attracts a young set so students who are older like myself may not feel as comfortable. I don’t mind because the studio is conveniently near my home which is a top priority. I think a few restorative classes a week would balance out the offerings. A family package would be helpful too.

Corepower has been a refuge for me in an otherwise tumultuous year. I absolutely love this studio! All of the teachers are wonderful and deliver a solid experience each class. As a student I’m able to either come and go as I please and have my personal space honored or I can connect with the other amazing people there. I’ve taught and taken yoga for 15+ years and even though it’s corporate, corepower is one of my absolute favorite place to practice! People who are drawn to corepower are warriors, and those are my peeps. It’s an honor to move and sweat with you all, thank you for all you do!

Absolutely enjoy going to Monarch location, friendly and understanding staff. Instructors are just amazing with good command on their flow, the instructor Joel, Karin are knowledgeable. Joel for sure knows the real meaning of YOGA. Simply love being in his class.
The studios or the rooms are huge just cleanliness is needed on the floors ... I enjoy going to CorePower, very well-trained instructors with good command on the flow.
Great, clean, walking distance from my hotel, great instructor, challenging class, love the natural light, clean facility and class was not crowded.
Great instructor, great class, clean and well-organized facility, located in a darling shopping center, class was not crowded so you didn't feel you were on top of your work-out neighbors, well-lit classroom.
It is a great workout that, while may be difficult for beginners, is really rewarding. The teachers are eager to help you grow.

Erin, Nicole, Victoria, Joel, Halle and Abigail have simply been the best during my 6 months at CorePower in Austin (at the Triangle). I love seeing their faces when I come in and they are helping me take MUCH better care of myself. I'm going to miss them when we move back to Georgia!
