Great classes! I’m new to the studio and while I like the challenging classes I wonder if they offer any classes geared towards older people that are new to yoga. I’m 54 and my husband is 60 and I would love to get him into a class but he couldn’t handle the classes I’ve tried so far.
I tried CorePower Yoga while I was in Austin for SXSW. I loved the high intensity of the classes. The teachers brought a lot of energy to the classes. I wish we had CorePower Yoga in Montreal!

I loved it! It was such a great learning experience as I have never done yoga before. It was so calming. I felt so focused after a bit and my clarity of thought did improve and I could think of things I haven't been able to in like a year (problems and stuff trying to figure out). It was so fun! I loved the C1 hot yoga! Priyal and Taylor have been my instructors so far and they are just great! I love low intensity gentle workouts as I build my body up and tone it (going for slimmer) but want flexibility too, I wake up in the mornings almost ready to jump out of bed feeling so good and agile even tho sore (expected). Thank you sooooo much!! Not just my body, but my mind feel so much better!

That was simply amazing— Kennedy’s class is legendary. Her rhythm , music, and overall maximization of the entire class time is something to behold. I have not felt my body and mind this loose and free in months, she is truly one of one.
