Student Testimonials
Great studio! Great instructors! Friendly place to get my yoga on!
I like the size and heat of the main studio at Highland. Parking is always available either in the lots or neighborhood. And I like heated yoga. I'm a Type A cardio exerciser who was bored by yoga before I joined Core Power. To me, it's more Western-style fitness yoga than the slow-moving Eastern philosophy-based yoga that I'd done at other studios.
I love the classes and the teachers.
i like the warm rooms for yoga
Variety of classes, unique classes, great staff, welcoming environment, nice aesthetics
I like the classes and the teachers! Only thing I don't like is the cost.
awesome, friendly staff, great selection of products and classes with tons of energy and passion!
I really enjoy the classes and how many are offered. It makes it easy to make it to a class on any type of schedule.. Also the building is kept very clean which I really appreciate.
I love the flexibility of having several nearby locations and lots of different options for my schedule. I love the variety of classes you offer, and the well-trained instructors. I love the heated classes, especially now with the weather turning colder! :)
Every staff member at Corepower Yoga goes out of their way to help you and make you feel like your part of the family.
I love your yoga classes and the overall environment. I would like to take this opportunity to Thank all of your staff at CorePower especially Kathy and Emily as I have taken several classes from them over the past few months. I am currently pregnant and my doctor did not want me doing anything with heat. So I have been in C1 classes and feel so very fortunate to have such a place to prepare me both mentally and physically. Each class I learn something new about my pratice and myself. Being led through a class by such amazing teachers is a gift. I wish you offered doula services. I hope to keep their voices of breathing in my mind. I also know how lucky I am to have such a beautiful environment in which to practice as I had to travel and found a yoga place in Florida which had great ratings but the studio was nothing compared to the beauty of CorePower. I thank you all from the polite reception at the check in desk to the amazing instruction.
I love taking my Corepower yoga classes at highland; it's pretty much the only studio I go to!!! I love the instructors, sculpt classes, as well as ryder!
I love the fact that you offer a huge array of classes at a variety of times. I have tried all levels of yoga and ryder and enjoy them all at various times for different reasons.
The heated rooms and challenging sequences add intensity to a more traditional yoga practice. In C2, I get the benefits of yoga while burning a few extra calories.
I love yoga here, I love all of the time options and the friendly teachers!
I like the location, encouraging atmosphere, and intense morning workouts!
Love the intensity of the workouts and the open friendly staff/instructors
Variety of classes and great instructors!
I love that there are so many schedule options - early morning and late night classes are awesome for working moms. The variety of the classes is great too! I feel like I finally found the right fit for getting back into shape.
I like the amount and quality of instruction the instructors do th runout class. They seem very knowledgeable and I feel I am able to adjust poses to get the maximum benefit due to their clear and consistent messages.
The quality of the teachers is so high. It's clear that they have all received excellent training. I appreciate that they always remind us to practice with intention and to understand that each day we may feel different physically. The class schedule offers so many options that it's easy to find a class any time of the day!

I appreciate the friendly staff/instructors, the late class offerings, Ryder options and the varied class offerings.
variety of classes, good teachers
The intense workout classes incorporate yoga. Also the amount of classes offered at various times is great for my busy and unpredictable schedule. I do wish there was an 8 am sculpt thought since they removed it from the grand location.
I'm having a little trouble interpreting this question. Is it about the specific class I took or the studio in total? So I suppose I'll d a bit of both.
The studio is nice. Clean. Well-maintained upstairs. Very busy and often crowded. The men's locker room is tiny for the number of people, and the showers are somewhat grotty: the grout between tiles on the floor has worn away.
My most recent class at this location was with Amelia. Amelia is one of my very most favorite instructors across three local locations and almost three years. Her C2 progressions are lovely and her knowledge as an instructor of yoga is confident and reassuring. She makes we want to continue to grow and she helps me continue to grow. But she goes beyond that to being a spiritual guide as well. Her demeanor and her words combine to make each practice meaningful spiritually. I treasure each class with Amelia, no matter which studio I find her.
I have felt welcome and at home there from day one. I am constantly telling others how much I love corepower and how great it makes me feel after attending a class there.
It's an extremely welcoming place. After my first class, I became to love yoga so much. Being apart of this community helps me with so many things, but most of all makes my day. I am at Core at least once a day!
Staff is great and the schedule is accommodating.
Many diverse classes offered throughout the day
I love Core Power! This was my first time to Highland Park. It's a beautiful studio, with very friendly, helpful staff.
