The quantity/variety of classes you have throughout the day--I can always find a time to fit yoga in my schedule. The quality/tenure of instructors that you have--there are amazing instructors that have been there from when I started coming to CPY 5 years ago! And, even though you're a corporate yoga studio, the basics of yoga--breathing, a moving meditation, staying present in the moment, and the mind/body/spirit connection--are core to your classes. Most days, I crave coming to CPY!

Varied curriculum, great facilty and most importantly wonderful teachers with positive energy.

The teachers are ALL so awesome. Before I came to Core Power, I thought I would feel self conscious about my weight and yoga practice. My experience has only a positive one. Now I can't believe I waited so long to join. The teaching staff is always positive and reassuring which has helped me to believe in myself and my abilities. I really enjoy the classes. I am probably one of the oldest ladies doing sculpt yet I never feel out of place. i go at my own pace and still manage to keep up. I like the variety of the classes and the different instructors. Every instructor focuses on different components.

Friendly and talented teachers that make the experience really fun! The studio is very clean and well organized and just a great space in general. Really good vibes in the whole building, I love going to yoga there!

Having it be my first class yesterday I didn't know what to expect. I enjoyed every minute of it, from the facility to the instructor. Thought that the work out was very different but very challenging to all types of students. Thanks for making it a fun and enjoyable time and look forward to coming back.

Great teachers, great classes, great environment

I like that the highland studio is unique in that it provides Ryder classes. I will combine a Ryder with a yoga class for a great workout!

The teachers and staff are so dedicated, caring, and well trained. I can't say enough about how personal and warm a community they make the studio. The class schedule is comprehensive enough to suit just about anyone's needs, and the studios are clean and inviting. The only downside of Corepower is the price, which is also the only thing that keeps me from rating it a 10.

Nice people. Challenging classes

It's an extremely relaxing environment and everyone is very nice. I feel very welcome when I come no matter what my day has been like. I go to other Corepower studios as well and this studio is the one that makes me feel the best when I walk in the door.

Would you consider having a hot class at 6:30 am or 7 am instead of 7:30? It is hard to get to work on time.

I come to yoga to relax, take time for myself, and destress. Core Power is a great environment for just that.

I leave each class feeling challenged, motivated, and positive. The instructors are energetic and genuinely enjoy what they are doing. I never regret the decision to take a class at Corepower Yoga.
