Going to CorePower Yoga is my favorite part of every day. The Kahala studio in particular feels like home. It is always clean, bright and welcoming. The people who work there are so caring and capable. The classes are organized, on time, safe and fun. I have a very stressful job, so I really appreciate the ability of the instructors to wash the stress away and make me feel good. The students treat each other with respect and form a warm community. Most of all, I love the intense workouts. They make me feel better than any other form of exercise I have ever done. I am so grateful for CPY and look so forward to walking in the door there.

The instructors and staff are very nice and welcoming. I also like the large spacious studio. And location is key. Being inside the Kahala Mall where I do most of my shopping (grocery, bank, dry cleaning, pharmacy, etc.) makes it extremely convenient. I plan my errands around yoga class times.

CPY is a wonderful space to create whatever experience you want for yourself. The teachers are guides and I appreciate the diversity in their offerings.

It is two things. First, the studio is always so clean and organized. Things are bright and sparkling. It feels germ free and safe. The crew there is so diligent about taking care of everything and it makes a difference to students. Secondly, the quality of teaching is simply fantastic. The sequences, the music, the joyful positivity, the excellence overall...all make it an uplifting experience that I now need to have every day. CorePower has literally gotten me through the pandemic. I stayed healthy and strong throughout because of the amazing instructors who genuinely care about everyone and brighten my day no matter what. This is my lifeline right now and I am so grateful, so thank you.

Gio and Gina are the best instructors and CorePower studio managers. Their classes are always full because of their wonderful energy and great music. They make everyone who walks through the door feel so welcomed.
