I like the variety of classes, times and locations. I appreciate the showers and cleanliness. I also love to shop so being able to do so after class is ideal. The clothing inspires me to want to work out more. :) I am also very proud to be learning from such an organized and motivating yoga studio!

I love the Core Restore class!
I love CorePower everywhere, but especially Kahala! It’s a smaller studio that has a community feeling. A few things that I particularly love about Kahala is the variety of instructors. It’s nice to change it up. But also be able to return to my favorites like Kelda. Plus it seems like Kahala likes to add more thematic classes than the other studios (whether it’s a glow flow or a Save Britney sculpt) it just a brings more fun! Theme flows are always fun (possible ideas…summer tunes, 80s or 90s)
I also love the added wipes/sprays in the corners. While we all want to save the earth, it’s nice to have easy access to those things during this continuing Covid era. And we realistically know they can’t clean everything in the 15 minutes between classes.
I’m a grade 2 teacher and cannot tell you how CorePower has helped me remain sane over the last two years. Mahalo!!!

This studio is super clean, and everyone is so friendly and nice :). I just came from the mainland, and I enjoy coming here very much. So far, I’ve taken classes with Karen, Jen, Rachel, and Theresa, and all are terrific! I wished a little more classes were being offered in the late PM.
The instructors are great! Aaron is so knowledgeable and makes the class so fun!
I like the different types of classes and the variety of different instructors. I wish there were more HPF evening weekday courses and Sunday mornings.

Simple location, not nearly as packed (so far). Feels much larger/spacious
Everyone is so nice, and it is such a welcoming studio for all skill levels. I love that I don't feel judged for not being the best yogi, and seeing the smiling faces when I walk in makes my day!
