Kahala is so well run. Corepower has suffered after the pandemic flight of senior instructors, but kahala has kept solid management and one of the best teachers in Suzanne Sasaki. Pro style.

Instructors are the best!

I love the Kahala studio! It’s the big and little touches that give it a little extra fun. From themed classes (yay 80s sculpt) to the simple addition of white Christmas lights to add some twinkle of holiday fin…it’s great.

I like that the classes are consistent in terms of expectations, the studio is clean, the energy is great! I am proud to be a member of Core Power.

Core Power yoga has been life changing for positive physical and mental health.
I started in August and am enjoying the benefits of a clearer mind, focus, and self care as well has strength, flexibility and weight loss. My family and friends have notices a difference!
Appreciate the ease of the app- for both in person and live streaming class- as well as video tutorials/classes. The staff are so friendly and personable. I had always been intimidated by yoga, but Core Power makes it user friendly and approachable for all fitness levels, ages and personal capabilities. Mahalo CPY!

Clean, all teachers at the same level (so I know any class I go to will be good) . Schedule works so I’m able to work a class into my schedule

I like the facilities and cleanliness of the entire place. I especially love the Hot Power Fusion class with Tammy at 8:45 on Mondays and Thursdays. She is so caring and genuine and it comes across in her class. There is never any pressure to do anything more than what you feel like bringing to your mat on that particular day. No competition, just enjoyment. I also love Kelda's 6:30 Core Restore class. The ambiance is soothing and her class is exactly what I need. I wish it were offered more than once a week!

The workout. The sweat, the weight training, the mindful meditation/peace.
It’s a wonderful class and wonderful teachers. I have noticed a big change in my strength and confidence after doing it for the last month and a half.

The class instructor was very encouraging and sweet, and the class had great music, was very challenging, and diverse. I will continue to go to Jenna's classes in the future!

I love it at kahala! all of the amazing instructors like Tara, Theresa, Kelda, emma, and yuri are so so sweet! I especially like the evening core restore classes that I travel all the way from the westside to get to when I can.

I attended one class with Rachel. Rachel's class was great. Her energy was very calming as she gently guided us through a difficult flow. The class itself was challenging and inspiring.
