Great sculpt class!
All the teachers I encountered were uniquely good and caring at what they did. Clean nice studio.
Some nicest and awesome yoga teachers like Alana, Celia, Riley (just name a few, ) And very convenient location and the number of classes offer thru the week.
Only the thing is, for 8:15 am sculpt classes are always kind of crowded and a bit challenging to save a mat space since it’s really popular classes but only having 15 min interval from C2 class prior to that. I see always only a handful and less than 10 people take that class. I don’t see a very good logics there why those early morning, not so popular class scheduled right before the most popular class.
The classes are just the right balance of challenging yet comfortable. The instructors are great!
The staff at Core Power Yoga are so friendly and amazing. The consistency of instruction and the intensity of classes are consistent no matter who is teaching. Core Power Yoga is so welcoming to people of all backgrounds and abilities and that means a lot for a beginner like me. I believe that the instructors and their yoga instruction are transforming lives. It’s transforming mine! Mahalo!

i like that the friendly, intimate atmosphere and how I am able to always grab a space for myself. Ward is too crowded

Challenging and different
Instruction at corepower is consistent. I really enjoy the feedback and instruction to help me release stress.
The fact that there are classes offered throughout the day makes it easy to find something that fits into my schedule. I also love the teachers! Their passion for spreading positivity, fitness and aloha is contagious.
