The studio is very nice. Changing rooms with lockers and lobby with lots of space to wait for your class. Studios are also very nice. Feels clean and polished.

I have yet to purchase any items from the store. I joined to share excercise with my daughter in law. By our second class, the instructor knew our names. That is amazing to me in a class of @50! Of all of the classes I have taken , the instructors are helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. That combination goes a long way in today's world. I will definitely recommend Core Power to others! I am also a member of Gold Gym, and find Core Power superior in all aspects. Thank you!!

I absolutely love Corepower. The only feedback I have is specific to the instructor I had on Saturday, 1/10. Gautam taught the 9:30am sculpt class that morning. I felt there was not very much flow in the exercises we were doing, so the class felt scattered. It felt like we wasted time figuring out what the next move was and getting into the appropriate position as opposed to doing exercises that flow in a way that you're sort of "on your way" to the next movement before you do it. I think Gautam had great energy, I would just suggest focusing on the flow of the movements and poses. Also, I really didn't like the "follow the leader" song that we did for cardio...it felt cheesy and frankly something I could do on my own at home as opposed to having a yoga teacher lead the cardio exercises.

Very clean and organized products. accessible class for all levels with the modifications and great energy from the instructor.

The yoga itself was great! I love the environment - both the Fresh Pond and Brighton studios (I was at both this weekend) are so clean, esthically pleasing and have GREAT locker rooms. Yours are the first studios I have ever been in that have locker rooms with showers and toiletries...LOVED IT! I just signed up on Saturday for my free week and when I have already recommended CorePower yoga to several friends and colleagues.

I am always happy to go to Yoga there. However, this Sunday's 10:30 am studio's floor was awfully dirty. Not from boots but just
nasty and smelly . I left a note for the manager on Sunday/

Cleanliness and rnvironment

I like that it is a consistent class, well paced with some instruction. It sometimes felt a tiny bit rushed. I liked the music and the sequencing and I like that it is a hour long class.
