I love the facility. It is the best in town in terms of showers, locker rooms etc.

Something new, something fresh. The combination of yoga and a traditional workout is what I like the most with Yoga sculpt.

The class I took--Hot Fusion--was an interesting blend of different types of traditional yoga, plus some core work at the end. The room temperature was just right--hot enough to work up a sweat and feel great by the end of class, but not so hot that I felt nauseated. I'll definitely be back again.

The front desk assistant was VERY warm and welcoming as soon as I told her I was new to the studio. She gave me a great tour and then checked in with me after class to make sure I had enjoyed it. The class itself was fantastic and the facilities are perfect!

Core power yoga provides very convenient schedules and locations. I found the instructors to be extremely kind and knowledgable. The facilities are spotless and serves as the perfect retreat from my busy day!

I've only taken a few classes but I really like the pace of the classes I've taken so far. There's encouragement to try poses you may have thought you couldn't do and it's great when you finally do it (crow pose)! The staff is very friendly and always willing to answer questions. It would be great if there was a facility near downtown Boston/seaport district or even the south shore.

Kind, knowledgable, and creative instructors really make class fun and challenging. I like the variety of classes as well. Lots of times to choose from great locker room ammenities and clean facilities.

I like the spacious and bright facility. It is also GREAT you have (free!!) parking! Sometimes the music is a bit too loud and it's difficult to hear the leader.

I enjoy the rigorous and challenging classes offered at CPY. Each teacher is inviting before class and excited to be teaching. Hands on adjustments create a connection between me and the teacher each class. I also love the community that seems to grow each time I am at Fresh Pond.

I LOVE your teachers, core power sculpt, the location and locale. While I would not say this to a recommended friend, I have noticed that the studio floor and mirrors aren't as clean as before, the women's bathroom has been very very dirty lately. Clumps of hair everywhere, dirty counters, broken bathrooms (for more than a week), dirty, flooded floor in corner on the way to the showers. And the showers... You guys did SUCH A NICE JOB in the design and lay out that its a shame to see them so dirty. I have actually decided to not shower bc of their condition. I understand its hard to keep up and people aren't always respectful but part of the allure of CPY is the actual feeling of being somewhere special when I walk into this great place and why I decided to have a monthly membership. In that respect, I do not feel like I am getting my monies worth. But long and short, I would DEFINITELY (and have for over 6 of the current members) recommend you!!!

Core Power yoga is an awesome community of people sharing a passion and love for yoga. It's a commitment to yourself, and a peacefulness to engage others to do the same around you. After losing my very dear friend and cousin, CPY has given me the strength to cope with such a sudden tragedy. I absolutely love this studio, and it's the most relaxing yet fulfilling experience I have had as an athlete and now sculpting fan! I would recommend this, and I do recommend it to all my friends. Even random strangers at times. I guess you can never have enough peacefulness in a world filled with tragedy and chaos.

I like the atmosphere at Core Power Yoga and that there are classes for everyone. I am not a "real" yoga person and prefer the sculpt classes, but don't mind to take a C1 or C2 Class once in a while to broaden my horizon:) Everybody is really friendly and helpful.

Classes are challenging but accessible. Studio is clean and has a pleasant vibe. Pretty much all of the teachers I've had have been friendly and effective.
