friendly staff and instructors, consistent quality getting a sweaty intense workout. instructions are also consistently clear and adequate, and most often with enough attention paid to alignments. very nice facilities, more welcoming, clean and high standard (more like a really nice gym) compared to all other yoga studios I have tried in Boston. one might think this would decrease the chance of a friendly, community feel turns out it's quite the opposite. fun with social events. would be awesome with weekend workshops to focus on technique and/or strength/flexibility in certain areas (arm balances, hip opening, hamstring stretch, inversions etc).

The types of classes offered, love the workout incorporated into regular yoga that I get when I do sculpt and the C1 classes are great too!

I have taken yoga in 4 other studios over the last 10 years. I like CPY because the facilities are CLEAN!! and the quality of the teacher is pretty good, most of them are new-ish, but the teacher training provides them with a good and consistent teaching method. I like the different levels of yoga as well. I like the free week intro and I really like the 10 pack (no expiration) senior discount. I am a happy customer

I have recommended Core Power Yoga to many of my friends. I have been practicing yoga for about 3 years and have finally found my home at Core Power Yoga. I love everything about it, and that includes how clean the studio is and the locker room. Each teacher has something unique to offer, combined with the choice of music, flow and temperature of the room it is the best and most consistent studio that I have visited.

Cleanliness, good instructors especially for someone who has only been practicing for a year

I personaly love the CPY2 and HPF classes in all respects and for the way I feel after practicing. The energy and asanas in classes varry enough to keep up a sense of surprize while they are also predictably open hearted, welcoming, challenging and fun! I appreciate the cleanliness of the facilities and the growing sense of community I am discovering there.
