The atmosphere is great. The teachers are great as well as the variety of classes. The locker room facility is a plus as well.

I love the cleanliness of the studios, the C2 classes, the locker rooms, the merchandise, and the parking. I also love many of the teachers (Emma L, Sarah Jo, Carrie, Malissa, Maureen). They have great flows, good attitudes, helpful adjustments, good music, and usually work towards challenging peak poses. They are also friendly and actually remember who you are :)

The one piece of constructive feedback that I would give is that I would really appreciate more variety in the class schedule and times. For people who cannot come in the morning the earliest C2 class that is offered is at 6 everyday. This makes it very tough to have weeknight plans because you don't get out of class until 7. I know there are many teachers, students, people who work from home, and stay at home parents who would really love some earlier class times on week days. The Medford Fresh Pond offers a 4:30 class which is perfect. It would also probably make the 6-7 class less crowded. I also feel like a 4:30 class would be just as popular if not more popular than the 9:30-10:30 class since 99% of working people are at work during those hours. Anyway I hope you take this feedback into consideration because it would keep me coming to Core Power Fresh Pond!

I like the variety of classes, levels, instructors, and music! The facilities are beautiful. I like the calming fireplace, amenities in the bathroom, and zen "Buddha" feeling in the studio. I also enjoy the use of sanskrit all around CorePower. Whether it's the "don't steal" signs that give a sense of shared community and trust, to learning the derivatives of yoga words in class to gain new knowledge. Instructors are very friendly and take time to get to know each client by name. They also share inspirational quotes and life stories. It goes beyond just physical wellness-- but also mental and spiritual health.

Well run, consistent, inviting, warm, very friendly and overall pleasant experience.

The studio is easily the most beautiful space I have ever practiced in. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the class itself was interesting - we practiced a lot of poses that were new to me, which is always exciting to add to your practice.

I generally am not a fan of music playing during Savasana, which was the only downside to my first experience at Corepower. I practice weekly at another studio, but I am excited to add Corepower to my routine!

My class yesterday at Core Power Fresh Pond was AMAZING! As a beginner it was a perfect pace and I still felt like I pushed myself to new limits. The environment was perfect, and it was exactly what I needed to begin a new week. I left feeling like a new person--I will definitely be back again!

convenient, predictable for the most past

I love that you don't have to register, just show up, that there are a lot of class options, one week free is great to try out classes, and several locations is great to have. The charge for a towel or mat, especially for a towel even if it is just a $1 seems unnecessary since classes are not cheap at all. Facilities seem great too with many bathrooms and showers and large locker rooms - something often missing from yoga studio - actually more reason to make towels free like in a any gym.
