Maureen is an amazing instructor who is able to guide and inspire.

Luxurious spaciousness at this location. Maureens use of sanscrit terminology and awareness of chakra links to the asana. Attention to detail on room temperature and humidity.

I went for a session with my daughter to try out yoga. The instructor, Maureen was warm and very friendly. I have bad knees and struggled to follow along. Maureen was supportive and caring through the whole session. I was impressed with the cleanliness and professionalism. I would definitely go again.

The place is very big and you offer many classes. Also all of the staff are very friendly.

Having never taken a yoga class before, I was a tad nervous. However, upon entering the studio, the staff put me at ease. They were very welcoming and reassuring about my ability to take the class. The class was a challenge, but the instructor was excellent at giving modifications for those who wanted to upgrade/downgrade the moves. As I exited, I felt really good about myself especially when they instructor complemented me. Since I live in Texas, I won't be back until my next visit to the Boston area. But, I'll definitely visit then!

Facility is big and clean. Teachers are knowledgeable. More classes throughout the day

Maureen is the best instructor. Her classes have helped me accomplish things years of therapy could not. She has the biggest heart and I can’t imagine where I might be had I not been encouraged by another student to try a class other than sculpt.

My very first time doing hot yoga and it was AMAZING! If I would have known ahead of time that it was hot yoga, perhaps I wouldn't have done it. I went with friends who introduced me to it. Wow, by the end of the class I felt I could be as flexible as a young kid. The teacher Ingar was great! Soft voice, beautiful routine, helped me with modifications and the music selection was excellent! I highly recommend this place!

Fresh pond is still one of the best CPY’s I’ve been to. Teachers consistently good and fun. I wish LA had more teachers like FP and I would have stayed a member.

Atmosphere, integrity, expertise.
Each class is more expensive than I can afford on a regular basis though. I feel $15 per class would be more appropriate and doable.
