The community and expertise of the instructors, specifically Larissa! Thank you for the transformative meditative experience.

We have taken the HPF class many times are CPY and loved it. However, this time was NOT a good experience. The heat was never turned down the entire class. The humidity was brutal and honestly felt dangerous. As I mentioned, I have attended this class many times, but never experienced anything like this. I thought for sure I was going to have to step out. I felt dizzy and very woozy several times. My husband was with me and the first thing we said to one another after the class was that was dangerous.

Additionally, I struggled to find a later afternoon/early evening class on a Friday and had to drive really out of my way to this location. Made the above even more of a disappointment.

We will attend other classes at CPY, so it's not as if this permanently impacted the studio for us or anything. We view this as an isolated incident and definitely a misstep on the instructor's part.

It was challenging which is something I like in yoga.

First time at the Fresh Pond location and loved it! Inga, the instructor was amazing! Can’t wait to go back to her class!

Instructors at the fresh pond are amazing! they are super kind and welcoming. I came back from a two-month travels Ashley and Margaret gave me such a warm welcome. A great community indeed.

Very awesome staff who are friendly and welcoming.

The variety of available classes throughout the city and throughout the day is so great.
The quality of teachers is amazing.
The instructors take care in creating creative sequences every month.
I particularly like the fact that the sequences are the same for each month and becoming familiar with the sequence.
I love how roomful of yogis at core power seem to build shared energy towards the end of the month as students become familiar with the choreography.
The space at fresh pond is so clean and relaxing.
The members are respectful too, I never see anybody talking on the phone and speak in soft tones.
Also I very much appreciate the fact that there is minimum preaching of politics than other yoga studios.
In many studios there is eventually added pressure to support this cause or that.
I really love that core power truly allows / respects freedom of the individual.

CorePower is very welcoming and I felt really comfortable with my first ever yoga experience. The instructors are amazing! I especially appreciated Margaret taking the time to explain what different options there were in terms of packages or memberships- not being pushy in any way, just very informative & helpful. Excited to continue coming to CorePower.

I do wish you would limit the size. Sometimes there is just way too many people.

Also, think unfair charged When cancelled 15 minutes before CLASS. most OTHERS IN LINE DONT EVEN REGISTER!!

Challenging, fun, and great instruction!

I love absolutely everything, and would/do recommend CorePower to friends & family. The only reason this is a 9 instead of a 10 rating is due to the costs. CorePower is expensive, so I love that they offer a free unlimited week. It just stinks that members need to pay a high amount monthly
