Teachers are great! Music was much too loud recently in Maureen’s class - with a pounding bass that boomed over those of us under the speaker!
Number of classes is great but need more later in the day on Friday and Saturday.

The instructors are very inviting and accommodating. Locations are clean. Many locations near by allows for much flexibility in booking classes. I took my free class Monday, signed up for a membership immediately after and I’m not looking back!

Especially in Covid, I’d like to see the studio make more effort to sanitize the floors after class and in Studio 1, open the door to refresh the air. The mirrors are dirty and haven’t been cleaned in years, if ever.

(Most of) the teachers are good. But it's hit or miss.
The enthusiasm of the instructors is incredible, the facilities are clean and nice. I felt very welcome right off the bat. My only complaint is that some people are not wearing their masks during "mask required" sessions, and are not being asked to put their masks on by the instructors
