Having never taken a yoga class before, I was a tad nervous. However, upon entering the studio, the staff put me at ease. They were very welcoming and reassuring about my ability to take the class. The class was a challenge, but the instructor was excellent at giving modifications for those who wanted to upgrade/downgrade the moves. As I exited, I felt really good about myself especially when they instructor complemented me. Since I live in Texas, I won't be back until my next visit to the Boston area. But, I'll definitely visit then!
Fantastic classes! They are fast paced & provide great toning work. Not a typical flow yoga class.

Amazing workout and so fun
Love this place! My only friendly feedback on areas of improvement are finishing classes on time as often they run over and the noise from sculpt's music is very noticeable in the other studio and can be a distraction.

I love the teachers - Amy, Erika, and Amelia, in particular! They are so holistic in their way of teaching where the vibe and energy are exactly what I’m looking for and it’s not centered around changing your body or shape it’s just about moving in ways that feel good and empowering
Maureen is the best instructor. Her classes have helped me accomplish things years of therapy could not. She has the biggest heart and I can’t imagine where I might be had I not been encouraged by another student to try a class other than sculpt.
