I love that there are so many teachers so it’s unlikely that you repeat the same class over and over. All the teachers are knowledgeable and very nice and friendly! I literally go every day except on my rest day and I never skip. I’m always so excited to go to class!

I love the flow, the music, and the fact that most classes start and end on time. The studio location is perfect, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I do HATE it when classes are canceled last minute though, that really puts a kink in my mood!

Wonderful teacher, great atmosphere! Loved everything.
It’s relaxing but feels like a great workout. The classes are different and easy to follow which makes them fly by. I also love how many classes are offered each day. It makes it easy to fit into any schedule.

Abi is one of my favorite CPY instructors. Her sequences are well planned, interesting, and her instruction is strong and alignment-focused. Also, the transitions between poses in Abi's sequences are smooth and well thought out. Abi always greets me and other clients with a smile and projects a warm positive energy making her clients feel welcome at CPY.
The instructors are Great! Keep it up!
The studio is well kept, however sometimes the yoga rooms need a floor sweep between classes because the debris and sweat.

I love it! I wish they would have a 7am yoga Sculpt class, with people's work schedule still being flexible between work and home, I think it could work.

The only suggestion I have is to make the studio cellphone free. It's a sacred space and technology and distractions should be left outside.

Love this studio!! Especially because it is in the first floor, so the studio has a ton of windows & a great view. Also in a great location near coffee shops & restaurants for pre/post-class.
