Yesterday I took a class with Widya! It was the best yoga class I have ever taken. I have searched far and wide for a yoga teacher that can actually turn my brain off and let me release and revive. She talked through the energies of different poses and actually explained what each of them meant to our hearts. I was so blown away that I had to find out more about this instructor and I found out she's just getting started teaching with CPY -- can we get her on the schedule more please?!?!?! We were all blown away after her class it was truly incredible! I'm so grateful for her.

I first tried Corepower yoga C2 with some friends while visiting Boston. They had both recommended the class, and I already practice yoga regularly so I was excited to try out Corepower. All of the employees were friendly and helpful. Our instructor Gabby led us through a challenging, rewarding, and very sweaty flow that I felt for the rest of my day. I would love to continue taking classes but I live in Pittsburgh and the closest studio to me is in Philadelphia. Loved working with everyone, especially participating in frequent community breaths throughout the class. Would love to see CP come to Pittsburgh.
