I've never done yoga a day in my life and I felt so confident in class. I've gone to 3 HPF classes. The instructor was very helpful in assisting me with alternative modifications for movements. Then the institution as a whole felt very inclusive. As a plus-size individual, I can feel closed off to new workout environments. Although, Core Power did the complete opposite and made me feel right at home. Will definitely be returning for more classes when time permits!

Lulu was fantastic. it was my first time to experience a CorePower Yoga class and it was everything I expected and more. Already signed up for my next class. Lulu was very professional made us feel very comfortable the moment my friend and I walked in great atmosphere nothing but good things to say About core power.
CPY is a clean, well organized, professional studio. I got a GREAT workout that I felt for days. The instructor's knowledge of anatomy is impressive.

This studio was an incredible studio to practice at this past weekend!! The studio itself was easy to navigate with a clean lobby, locker room and studio space. The teachers at the front desk were very friendly and informative. Class was challenging but the teacher gave ways to modify i/n. 11/10 recommend!

This class was organized, challenging and fun! The teacher had so much enthusiasm and she gave some individual feedback on postures.
some teachers are exceptionally good - knowledgeable and good at explaining -but not that many, it's hit or miss, some teachers are quite awful. Also bathrooms/locker rooms showers are convenient but always need cleaning and I don't think you have professional cleaners, which in this day and age, is shocking. Membership and classes are very expensive, more than pretty much every other yoga place around. I don't mind so much when I get a good teacher, but when I don't, I just come out frustrated.

My instructor, Dani, was meticulous in her crafting of the flow. The playlist enhanced my experience tenfold, while her reinforcement of postures and positioning elevated my experience.
The DTX facility was lovely, had great locker space, a beautiful men's locker area, clean and well cared for showers, and I had a great time.
