location is the best in the city - however tell people its called hot yoga - do not open doors during class - ruins the class
The view to the city was perfection for easing my stress levels. The locker rooms were immaculate. There was ample free parking. The instructor Jamie Lynn was very welcoming. She taught the class with ease and clear instructions. Loved my visit!

Strong instructors (Connor Mac and Jay are the best!) Parking is easy. One thing that can improve are the hand weights. Most of the weights are so worn that the markings are gone and it is difficult to find the ones you want to use. Also more weights may be needed (especially 5 lbs.) Other than that everything is GREAT!
Good environment, but it felt a little rushed
I love that the C2 classes have a huge variety of sequences - solid instructors too. I like having many locations to choose from.

Frond deck is very friendly and patient, explained all the programs and choices. And the studio is in a very nice location, and the view from the classroom is amazing, it was very enjoyably to have yoga class in a room with the city view. .

The very best in Yoga. Just traveled to Florida and visited six Yoga studios. 3 Bikram, and 3 general Yoga. Core Power is the "Ritz" of Yoga. Teachers, facilities, friendly community all make Corepower fantastic.
