Stefani was an amazing instructor during the 12pm Corepower 2 class. I came in a bit nervous thinking I was not ready for a level 2 class and she totally made me feel confident and I experienced one of my best performances yet.

I love the vibe from everyone there. How they ask you how you are from the moment you walk in, to how you feel after your session. I never cared for yoga before my experience at corepower yoga!

I loved the energy of the instructor. He was very motivating and got the best effort from all of his students. In most classes that I've been to, the students usually roll their eyes when the instructor tells them to count out loud but we all happily did it because he made class so fun. I especially liked when we swung our partner round and round during Cotton Eyes Joe. Class was a great work out and a blast!

You have some great teachers. It's always enriching to interact with them inside and outside of class. I hope you support them adequately. There's a special energy to the South Loop studio.

Classes are clean, well run. Music is awesome and empowering. There is something for everyone. I find when I finish class I feel at such peace the studio overlooking Chicago is so beautiful.

The instructors are great! They are very helpful, motivational, and energetic. The facilities are great. I also love that you have all the things for class available to rent in case you forget something. The classes in general are amazing workouts!
