I love the location with the city in the background! The lady who ran our class was very encouraging and not overbearing. I enjoyed how you were encouraged to keep up but allowed to slow down at your own pace once in awhile! Overall it was a great experience!

What do you like about our products and services?

I really enjoy the passion each teacher has for their craft and also how friendly everyone is. It took one class for a teacher to call me by name and that is excellent service for me.

All classes and instructors are very good at teaching both yoga and sculpt classes. Every time I leave I look forward to the next time I will return!

The classes are challenging and the studio is very clean! My only complaint is that Core Restore is only on Sundays. I really would like to see it on more days of the week.

Nice and friendly instructors. Free parking is a sweet bonus. My only recommendation is to have a class in the 5 o'clock pm hour. Schedule currently serves 4:30pm. Next class isn't until 6:00pm.

The teacher was phenomenal. It was a great mix between bikram and heated yoga. A great workout but also very relaxing.

I love all the different types of classes core power has to offer as well as the times they have to offer....and not to mention all the locations! I did class pass for a few mo the but felt I only used it for core power! Haha! The instructors here are amazing!! The energy is also amazing!! Every time I take a class it's exactly what I need to hear about setting an intention for my practice that day on my mat and carrying it into my life off the mat! Love this place!!!!

What do you like about our products and services?

I love the classes. I have been attending Core Power for a little over a year and have lost 10 pounds, 2 sizes, and have found a peaceful place! I like the schedule at South Loop and think the instructors are fantastic (for the most part). The studio, in my opinion, is completely "judge free."
