I love this location and come all the time. However I wish core restore was offered more than once a week. I also would like to remind a couple of instructors that yoga is not a daunting task. A few times an instructor said things like "only 20 more chaturangas". Thank you

Connor Mac, Juan Sanchez, and Leigh Cohen are fantastic. I basically come to the South Loop and Streeterville locations for them. Without them, I would consider going elsewhere.

What do you like about our products and services?

I enjoy the view at your studios, the cleanliness, as well as the professionalism of the instructors. Class format is easy to understand and there are lots of classes to choose from to fit into my busy schedule.

I love the clean, new, modern studio, the clean bathrooms and lockers, and the hardwood floors. Most of all, I love CPY's helpful, encouraging, and detail-oriented instructors and great classes!

Core Power is exactly what I was looking for in a yoga studio. The flow is just the right speed, there are a variety of intensity levels, the instructors are fantastic, the music is perfect, and the facilities are clean.

I like the variety of instructors. I also like that I'm actually sore after classes, unlike some other yoga studios that only focus on flexibility.

I like the instructors, classes offered including variety of yoga techniques and times, and easy access. I know that I don't have to spend a long time searching for parking! The facilities are well kept and the view from the studios is pretty spectacular too.

What do you like about our products and services?

Like the whole facility, the views are amazing! Wish there was more variety daily, all the classes are the same time/ would be nice to a C2 non heated during lunch for example so I could go back to work without a shower. Also way to expensive, yoga six just opened and they only charge 90 a month unlimited, they have a variety of heat levels, family and friends can share class cards. But I prefer core power, wish it was more affordable

The staff are always so happy to see and welcome me to class. I usually go to the early a.m.classes and always see smiling faces to greet me and get me ready to practice.

Staff are friendly and welcoming. Great selection of clothing, headbands, and other yoga products. Class schedules are compatible with many schedules, with many morning,evening and weekend classes. Location is easy to access with free parking. Frequent offerings of boot-camps, special trainings and special classes.
