I'm totally hooked on CPY and find that C2, Sculpt and a Power X here and there are great compliments to running. There are some phenomenal instructors in your network including Sasha, Rose, Noemi, Sherri and Karla to name a few. I really appreciate these instructors taking the time to correct me when I'm not doing a pose correctly. If no-one tells us, we students continue to form bad habits. Not sure if there was a change in instruction due to my move from Highlands/Lohi studios to CoBo/Cherry Hills in 2015 or a corporate change, but hands on assists used to be much more common. I love that they are coming back a bit but wish there were more of them.

Nicest core power staff I have ever met! I love CorePower and I’ve been to quite a few studios and the staff at Broadway is by far the best. The classes are awesome too.

I liked this candlelight flow. It was a little slow for me, personally, on that specific day (having done a YS class only a few hours prior), BUT it was a great way to slow down at the end of the day. Music and cues were great. Will definitely come back

I really enjoy the Core power 2 class. It's challenging enough and Elijah is a great instructor.
I enjoy the sculpt classes and my instructors: Thess, Stephanie and Anna. All different but great in their own way. I miss the 60 minutes n format
So grateful for the teachers of color! Great flows. Representation makes me feel seen. Helps me with my yoga practice. Too much talk about vacations to Mexico and buying new couches takes away from the inner peace. So yay for representative teachers who focus on the yoga movement ands mindfulness.
Great studios, online signup and instructors! I go to Yukiko Hu hot power yoga class regularly. She is a wise, articulate, inspiring teacher and the sweat is very good for me!
Anna was very good with the pace and freedom during the yoga session. I highly recommend!!
I love "my" instructors" and can find times and types of classes that I want. I like the heated rooms and have begun to establish loose contacts with others in the classes I take. I look forward to seeing them and to my classes.
I enjoy the experience very much, and the community. I have taken great classes with Lisa, Marta, Rebecca, and Morgan.
That being said, I do need to mention that Raj's Yoga Sculpt class was not a class that I enjoyed.
He seemed very erratic, and so did the movements. The core section of the class did not seem very safe for anyone that experiences lower back issues - I know my body, so I modified the movements but his style did not seem like a responsible way of guiding a class.
I hope that classes are occasionally audited by senior instructors who can potentially assist with his teaching style.
