Danae is an amazing Sculpt instructor with awesome music and rhythm - I love her class The studio was clean and easy to navigate.
Classes are great, high energy, kick your butt. Love the added heat element. Only thing I would suggest is to put stickers/ markers on the floor for where people should lay their mats, so there is more order in where people lay their mats, organized rows and organized spots. The classes are so full and it’s hard to squeeze in and people are constantly having to shift around to make room, some have more space and others have none.
As a "closet" yogi I had been practicing yoga at home by video for a couple of years and wasn't excited to take it public. The atmosphere at Core Power Cherry Hills (Happy Canyon) was so welcoming and understanding I felt good right away. And it just got better.
Tara was great, super thoughtful, and really helped us feel comfortable and get situated
Then Susan was just an amazingly patient instructor who took us through foundational work like a pro.

I like that the Instructors are so approachable, before and after classes, willing to answer questions, and actively listen during our conversations. They are all very knowledgeable about the body.
Scheduling - enables me to workout late in the evenings after work as I typically do not leave the office until 630pm, or early in the mornings, or catch a lunch-time flow!
Multiple CoreRestore offerings throughout the week, not just focused on trendy "Power" classes - allows for self-care and being gentle / kind to your body

But I am a little disappointed in one thing…I went to a C2 lastnight and the class it’s was maybe 11 people. The teacher used a little microphone to amplify her voice. I thought it was a bit overkill for the smaller room and a class of that size. I, like a lot of people, spend my work days listening to people talk over cell phones and computers. I want to hear my instructors true voice, not one that’s sounds mildly like a robot. Other than that (and difficulty parking from time to time) I love your studio!!!

CorePower yoga is professionally managed. The teachers are excellent and well trained. The studios are clean and well-maintained. The Tennyson studio is one of my favorite places to practice yoga and I am so grateful CorePower took the space after the last studio closed. Keep up the good work CorePower Yoga!

Colorado Boulevard is a very authentic feeling studio. All the teachers I’ve had there are welcoming, creative and just real. I think the atmosphere of a studio makes it and this one provides a good one.
