I like the times that classes are offered. I like that the webpage is kept up to date so I know who is leading the class. I love the instructors and especially Ruby! She's my inspiration so I keep coming back.

HPF was really helpful to heal my ankle and restore my balance after a climbing accident. There are a lot of options throughout the day for me to choose from.
