What do you like about our services?

Very good service. Employees were extremely friendly, sent pics during out of office hours per my request. Our dog had a blast playing with the other dogs but also with the employees.

My dog is totally taken care of when we head out of town. I like everything about Camp Bow Wow and I have no worries while we are on vacation. They understand dogs and take care of them as we would if we were home.

What do you like about our services?

They were great. My AC went out on my RV and I needed to have a safe and cool place for my dog for the day They immediately scheduled a Meet and Greet for my dog and Sweetie spent the rest of the day there. I could watch her play via the Camp Bow Wow app on my phone. I had a very positive experience with this facility.

Camp Bow Wow is great! I like that there is both aan indoor outdoor area for the dogs to play in. Also that staff is very friendly and they have webcams so I can watch my dog while hes there! The place is very clean and I love the theme!

Very outgoing personnel. The employees actually remembered my dog...surprising as you have so many clients. You do tend to overfed my dog...I alwasuffered ys send more food then needed in case of an emergency on my part...but my dog enjoys the extra food I am sure!!
The only thing I ask is this...if you have a problem with my dog...talk to me about it as soon as possible...then we can work things out. This did not happen at the last kennel I used...and I believe to this day that my dog suffered because of it...When you dog comes home and is hand shy all of sudden...well, you know what I am saying. Otherwise ... keep up the good work!!

What do you like about our services?

Safety is number one. You check to see that my dog is current with vaccinations and rabies shot which assures me all dogs there are also current with their medical updates as well. You keep small dogs together and large dogs together, makes me feel my dog will be safe. You have the web camera which lets me see my dog romping and having a good time. Your personnel know my dog and they are friendly and loving to all the dogs.
