The facility is clean and nice. Everyone is so friendly. The employees figured out that instead of putting my excited terrier in time out, she could be put with the big dogs. She behaves and knows her place with them. I want her to have fun and I sometimes have to drag her out because she doesn't want to go home.
I also love the wintergreen mints!

Convience and ease of drop off. The cameras and seeing how they are doing is very important. Also knowing my two dogs can be in the same kennel together is key.

Your staff really seems to care about Misty. We have been boarding her with you for many years and as she has aged (just had her 13th birthday last month) we are now dealing with some health issues. When we left her last week for a short stay we gave very explicit instructions on how to cope with her arthritic problems and she came home feeling pretty good for an old girl. At this point in time we know leaving her for more than a few days isn't an option anymore but we know we can trust you to take good care of our girl for the short stays and earlier on we always left on vacation with the peace of mind that she was happy and well cared for.

The dogs get to play all day. One price for every thing. They remember my dog even though he only camps once or twice a year. My dog pulls to go to camp.
Everyone was very friendly and it was good to be able to see my dog on the cameras interacting with the other dogs.
I think my Cary is well cared for when I must leave him.
