Camp Bow Wow McHenry did a mighty fine job taking care of my boy Shrek! It was obvious that they love the dogs they care for and love what they do.
Open later hours for pick up and that camp is included in the over-nights. Both are a huge help to me when needed!!

It was a good experience. However, they moved my dog from the Mack & 9 Mile facility because of Maintenance. The new location on 9 Mile did not have a camera hooked up. I had to make a couple of phone calls to verify my dog was there. They did send pictures. But it would have been much better if I had been able to see her. I was out of the country and made a few phone calls regarding the camera not working. When I checked her out, they still insisted the camera was working. When I showed them on my phone that it was not working, they apologized. The cameras are the main reason I selected Camp Bow Wow.
We love leaving our pets at Bow Wow. They are accommodating to my dog who likes play time and one who is shy.
Everyone is so friendly and I feel confident leaving my dog in their care. They always remember us and are so welcoming and quick to return calls. I even moved farther from this location and closer to another but I still drive to this location.

Staff is very friendly and great with my dog! Cinder loves going to "school" and playing with his friends. Although he doesn't go a much as he use to, it's really nice that he is on file should a last minute thing occur and I need to get him out of the house for the day. Since we are remodeling our home on and off, Cinder doesn't like the sounds of all the power tools so it's easier on him and the workers at the house if he spends the day here
Oscar loves the staff and gets really excited to go! I sometimes have last minute requests to get boarding and they always try to do whatever they can to accommodate my requests. I always have a great experience here!
Easy pick and drop off. And I love that I can check in through the webcams throughout the day.
