As soon as you walk in, you can immediately tell this dog daycare is different. It is a beautiful facility and has friendly staff greeting you as you walk in. Every staff member has treated my dog as their own. They are more experienced than other facilities I have tried in the past and genuinely know how to handle the personalities of every dog that walks in. They are all very familiar with each dog and most can even tell you what your dog had fun doing that day. My little frenchie Morty is a lot to handle, but this is the only place I can drop him off and not have to worry about him whatsoever. He’s so excited when we pull into the parking lot that I can hardly get him to sit still long enough to put on his leash to walk inside. That was never our experience in the past. My favorite thing is how easily you can tell that the team at Camp Bow Wow Lexington East genuinely take pride in what they do. There’s always season events happening with photo shoots, and constant dog birthday shout outs/ other daily photos on their social media platforms. I have picked Morty up and had staff excitedly show me funny photos of my dog that were taken. The dogs are happy, the facilities are always clean and the people who care for the dogs here are the best in Lexington.
First is the cameras where I am able to see him in every play yard and in sleep suite. Second is the pictures and updates in texts.
The staff is very welcoming and energetic. The facility is very clean and the lobby is welcoming. Cooper comes home VERY tired from running and playing all day which is fabulous for his puppy energy! It’s so nice for him to have a chance to not be cooped up all day a couple time a week!

The Staff genuinely cares about the dogs. Max enjoys himself there. I appreciate that they keep the smaller dogs together, with no interference from larger dogs. Very important!

Wow! It’s is always a pleasure to leave Aubree and Millie at Camp. I know that the girls are well taken care of when we go out of town for an extended stay. It made my day to see the video that Faith put together mid week. It literally made me so happy. Everyone at Camp is such a pleasure to work with and it gives me great pleasure that Aubree and Millie truly love going there. They are so tired when they get home from an extended stay.
I like we can observe online. I like that Lincoln has lots of playtime with playmates. Also, the receptionists are polite, gracious, and loving to our pets. Linda Foster.

I love that during open hours I can look at the cameras to check on my pup! It’s comforting to see employees in the play yards with the dogs. I watched my dog poop in an outdoor play yard and literally within 20 seconds someone walked over and picked it up! That’s great!

I like most everything about Camp Bow Wow…but especially like that the employees know my dogs well & take great care of them. Both Paris and Kojak have their…quirks and the team there make sure my fur babies get what they need to have a great experience!

The staff is 100% committed to my dog's safety and wellbeing. My dog is always scrupulously clean when I pick her up, which is amazing considering she's been playing with a bunch of other dogs in the same space all day. Even though I'm a helicopter pet parent I feel good leaving her in your care.

The front desk service was phenomenal And the people in the back, bringing my dog back up. We are very warm and caring and knowledgeable about what my dog was doing during her visit.
